Canadian Children’s Television Exhibit
Our exhibit lighting team collaborated closely with scenographers, exhibit designers and fabricators to integrate lighting into an exhibition highlighting the history of Canadian Children’s Television. The interactive, immersive exhibit opened at Canadian Museum of History in fall 2022. Featuring memorabilia from beloved Canadian children’s shows, including Paw Patrol, Fraggle Rock, and Mister Dressup, the exhibit combined video footage, audio, and physical artifacts to create a multisensory experience.
Unique on this project, our team of designers assisted with fabrication of some of the exhibit elements as a support to the long relationship we enjoy with the client. Designing, building and installing luminaires was a technical challenge but in the end the exhibit opened on time to strong positive feedback and extensive social media engagement.
